Deadly MERS spreads in S. Korea

A suspected Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) patient was pronounced dead in Daejeon, South Korea. He is a male in the 80s who had been quarantined as a MERS suspected patient and died of the deadly disease Wednesday.

The patient, 83, had been quarantined at a university hospital in Daejeon after showing symptoms of the MERS. He had stayed at the same ward of the No.16 confirmed patient.
If he is confirmed as a MERS case, this will bring the total number of MERS deaths to three.

The Ministry of Health & Welfare announced the number of Korean MERS patients grew five in a day to 35.

Of the five additional patients, three are secondary infections who were transmitted from the first Korean patient. The remaining two are tertiary infections who were transmitted after having contacted with the patient No.14 and 16, each. Patient No.35 is a doctor who had worked at hospital No.4 before the patient No.14 was confirmed as a MERS case. This drove up the number of tertiary infections to five.

The number of the quarantined rose 303 to 1,667, of which 1,503 are quarantined in their homes and 164 at hospitals. The MERS control task force said, “of the 47 state-designated wards for MERS patients, 33 or 70 percent are occupied.”

After interviewing her, we went to my favorite pub and finally...... she was dead drunk.

#My first SHELF project

It is my frst SHELF project with Ji-hyun.

Rule: One person is listenig music very loudly so make sure she can not hear another person's speak.
Another person ask three questions and the listening person have to guess and answer the questions correctly.

Befor we start this game, i decided to ask her about books and she dediced to aske me about money.

Fist, it was my turn to ask so I aksed her

1. Have you read  any good biographies? Memories? Self-help books?
2.How do you select books? Covers? Ads? Book reviews? Word of mouth? Gifts?
3.Have you read any controversial or banned books?

Ji-hyun's qusetions are..

1.Are you extravagant or frugal?
2.What would you buy if you won the lottery of $50 million?
3.What is your personal spending philosophy?

I was soooooo hard to guess her questions. She drived me crazy!! haha.
If i knew the her quesitons, I would like to answer...

1. I am a frugal person because i get money from my parents. I try to get the lowest price on most things, but spend a lot on items i really care about. For me, hm... drinking....? haha

2. If I won the lottery of $50 million, I will buy many building so i can keep earn lots of money in the future.

3. My spending philosophy is.. "Don't spend more than I make or earn". As i told you before, i am a frugal person so i don't spend the money that i don't need.

I ENJOYED IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is a interesting video that I found it! :)

This song is by Natasha Bedingfield also It was on the movie named "Easy A".
The main character "Emma Stone" sang this song in the movie.

I found this video interesting because I saw Easy A movie clip on Youtube.
Here is a movie clip!

When I saw this movie clip at first time, I laughed a lot because I couldn't understand what Emma Sone tried to say and It was sounds like incantation to me!

In this song, you can easily get confused about lyrics. For examples, "Do what you want, but you" or "I got a love that knows that it's all mine". It is easy to understand with lyrics when you listen it and later, you can sing along the lyrics of the song without watching lyrics but I feel still difficult for me to sing it :'(

Hope you guys enjoy my video! :)

Natasha Bedingfield - Pocketful Of Sunshine

I got a pocket,
got a pocket full of sunshine
I got a love that knows that it's all mine
oh.oh,oh
Do what you want,
but you never gonna break me,
sticks and stone are never gonna shake me
oh,oh,oh
Take me away, take me away
A secret place, a secret place
A sweet escape, a sweet escape
Take me away, take me away
Take me away, take me away
To better days, to better days
Take me away, take me away
A hiding place, a hiding place
I got pocket,
Got a pocket full of sunshine
I got a love that knows that it's all mine
oh,oh,oh
Wish that you could,
but you ain't gonna own me
do anything you can to control me
oh,oh,oh
There's a place that I go
That nobody knows
Where the rivers flow
And I call it home
And there's no more lies
And darkness is light
And nobody cries
there's only butterflies
The sun's on my side
Take me for a ride
I smile up to the sky
I know I'll be alright
The sun's on my side
Take me for a ride
I smile up to the sky

I know I'll be alright
